Looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re currently recruiting for an **Area Manager** to join our amazing team of talented employees. This role will support the **GTA and Southern Ontario Regions.**

We are growing operators of multiple Church's Texas Chicken restaurants in the GTA and surrounding areas. **What you will have to do**:
In this role, you will contribute to the success of the organization by working hand-in-hand with our Church's Texas Chicken Restaurants and their Restaurant Management teams to deliver an incredible experience for our guests; to enhance restaurant profitability, and to support the development of the industry’s best talent.
- Provide leadership and direction to our restaurant establishments and their management teams;
- Implement operational plans, processes, and tools in our restaurants;
- Ensure that both the restaurant operations and guest experience are aligned to our brand standards;
- Support the development of our company-operated restaurants and Management teams using data-based feedback, coaching, best practices and virtual in-market training;
- Review monthly operating results to ensure restaurants are maximizing their profit
- Ensure Food costs, Labour costs and other expenses are within their limits
- Assist in new restaurant openings, marketing, team hiring, and training.

- You work collaboratively with diverse groups of people creating an impact everywhere you go;
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- You have strong presentation skills.

**Salary**: $42,634.00-$51,218.00 per year
