**Position Summary**:
InMode is seeking an engaged, creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator. You enjoy storytelling, you understand changes in social media algorithms, and you enjoy collaboration. As the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, your focus is to grow InMode’s brand awareness by managing and supporting social media, content development, website and digital marketing campaigns.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain a content calendar
- Daily posts across social channels, including drafting content, assets, and media, including captions, links and copywriting
- Active management of social media properties
- Support social media influencer programs and PR
- Review, manage and reply to social media comments and messages; comment moderation, engagement and risk escalation
- Continuously access ways to optimize brand awareness and presence across social platforms
- Support reporting and analytics for social media platforms
- Collaborate on content strategy
- Lead the competitive review and analyze what key competitors are doing across social, website and ads in conjunction with vendor
- Support across website and eCommerce via WordPress, Shopify, Contentful, Klaviyo, and Wisepops
- Draft, test, implement and deploy social media content and digital assets.
- Prepare and edit sales PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required; major in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
- 3+ years of working in a digital marketing capacity with experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms and marketing efforts (for example, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; experience with SalesForce an asset.
- Experience working with both inhouse digital/marketing teams and external resources like agencies and studios.
- Experience with reporting and managing digital projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective at managing multiple competing priorities under deadlines

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
