We're looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy coordinator to work alongside our real estate agents to grow their online presence, generate leads, and bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate directly with our real estate agents to develop, manage, and grow their social media profiles. This role is ideal for someone who loves real estate, has a flair for content creation, and enjoys helping others build strong personal brands.

This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agents to create and implement social media strategies tailored to their target markets.
  • Plan, design, and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, graphics) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Write captivating captions and marketing copy that reflect each agent's brand voice.
  • Track engagement, reach, and lead generation performance.
  • Advise agents on best practices for growing their audiences and increasing visibility.
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns where applicable (optional, if experienced).
  • Stay updated with real estate and social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (real estate or related industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple agent accounts at once.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: You'll earn a percentage based on the deals closed or leads generated from your social media efforts.
