**About the Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, managing communication across teams, tracking project progress, and supporting offline event operations. You’ll be a key link between creative, sales, and operations to ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing content and campaigns.
- Write and compile weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance, KPIs, and project updates.
- Serve as a liaison for offline event planning and execution—managing communication with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Track the progress of marketing projects and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with content distribution across platforms (social media, newsletters, website, etc.) as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and project management tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
