As the Social Media Coordinator for Opulence Global, you’ll create social media posts, newsletters, infographics, and videos that build an engaged audience. Your goal will be to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Your success will expand Opulence’s global reach as we work to introduce our quality products and business opportunity globally to help the next person one step closer to living their opulent life.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate the company’s overall growth strategy and vision into visual content
- Produce creative copy and visual content for a variety of accounts across different social media platforms in photo and video formats
- Manage daily social media posts, engagement and content on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Measuring paid Ad campaigns and web traffic (e.g., bounce rates and conversion rates)
- Support overall digital marketing strategies through content planning, execution and reporting
- Assist with developing and maintaining the social media content calendar
- Assist with the development and execution of social media plans for marketing campaign strategies and analysis and events
- Onboard, train and support social media ambassadors/influencers with ongoing strategy and execution
- Continually stay up-to-date on new social media trends and best practices, and share them with the Digital team
- Identifying the needs of customers and also recommending new topics
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
- Using keyword research and SEO guidelines for the purpose of optimizing content
- Occasionally assist with onsite photoshoots and capture behind-the-scenes content
- May require to work weekends/off-site as needed
- Performs other duties as required
- Experience in/with the fashion/beauty industry
- 5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Positive, persuasive communicator
- An expert storyteller - able to create engaging social media content that resonates with our target demographic
- Ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy that reflects numerous unique brand voices
- Ability to form relationships across the organization
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with some experience in other Adobe creative suite programs
- Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
- Experience in graphic design and photo editing
- Detail-oriented and able to produce a highly polished final product
- Capable of receiving creative direction and handling criticism related to work
- Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines, and handling client communications related to video projects.
- Detailed, strong time management & organization, excellent communication and collaboration internally and externally
**Education**
- Post-secondary education with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion or any other relevant field of study
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
