**Social Media Coordinator - YouTube/Instagram & TikTok Content Creation**

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing YouTube production team creating engaging, high-energy content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. We’re looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Coordinatorto join our team and capture the magic behind the scenes while ensuring our social media presence stays fresh, engaging, and on-trend.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be on set daily, capturing behind-the-scenes content from our YouTube productions and vlogs.
- Arrive each day with a set number of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts ideas based on trending sounds, formats, and creative concepts.
- Research and stay ahead of social media trends, identifying viral content opportunities.
- Film and post real-time content across Instagram Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Edit and refine content for posting when needed (more elaborate edits may be handled by an editor).
- Ensure that fresh, engaging content is posted across all platforms daily.
- Collaborate with the team to generate original, high-performing ideas that align with our brand’s tone and audience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels—what works, what’s trending, and what engages audiences.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think quickly and generate viral-worthy ideas.
- Experience filming, editing, and posting content for social media.
- Knowledge of basic video editing (CapCut, or similar).
- Ability to work on-set daily in the GTA and keep up with a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated—you take initiative and bring ideas to the table

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience working with influencers, YouTubers, or content creators.
- Strong sense of humor and ability to create engaging, personality-driven content.

**PLEASE NOTE: You must have a car/or a form of transportation as we shoot all across the GTA and our office is in Richmond Hill**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
