Browns is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant and front-desk Receptionist aid who will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

**Requirements**:
- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English)

- Organization, efficiency, and multitasking

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**- **Must be a discreet, reliable, and highly disciplined individual

**- **Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm on-site at our Head Office location, 2255 Rue Cohen, Ville St-Laurent, QC, H4R 2N7

Prior experience in the Customer Service or Administrative sector of at least two years is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
**- **Daily substitute and cover for the front desk receptionist

- Aid the Loss and Prevention and Customer Care department on various platforms

**- **Perform various administrative tasks related to data collection, entry, modification and compensation logs

**Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements**:
**- **A college or university degree is considered an asset

Doit être en mesure de travailler du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h, sur place, à notre siège social, 2255 Rue Cohen, Ville St-Laurent, QC, H4R 2N7

Une expérience préalable d'au moins deux ans dans le secteur du service à la clientèle ou de l'administration est préférable.

**Responsabilités**:
- Remplacer et relayer la réceptionniste tous les jours

**- **Aider le département de la Prévention des pertes et le département de l’Expérience client sur diverses plateformes

- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées à la collection, à l'entrée, à la modification des données et aux registres de compensation

**Éducation, expérience et prérequis**:
- Un diplôme collégial ou universitaire est considéré comme un atout
