**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the phones in a timely manner.
- take orders and enter in system
- customer care for clients
- Filing and data entry.
- invoicing
- scanning documents
- Cover for coworkers when needed.
- Provide administrative support to others in the company.
- Manage multiple tasks working around other employees' schedules.
- Be a team player.
- Know how to use computer software programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35-36 hours per week
