Shift - 4 days on 3 days off - 10 hour days

The Gentlemen Pros are seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative for our call centre.

Main Responsibilities:

- Deliver first-class customer experiences by answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests
- Administrative duties as requested

Qualifications:

- Call Centre or similar experience working in an office with high volume phone calls
- Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Have outstanding oral, typing and written communication skills
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Significant use of memory, finding information, computer use and continuous learning
- Must be a strong team player and also have above-average initiative and the ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
