Operation Christmas Child Call Center Representative

Samaritan’s Purse is a Christian international relief organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Respond professionally and efficiently to inquiries made by staff, donors, and the general public regarding donations, orders, general concerns, and prayer
- Respond to and/or forwards all French calls to the bilingual representatives in a polite manner
- Retain relevant and up-to-date understanding of information and reference sources in order to respond to all inquiries courteously, efficiently and accurately
- Maintain an expert understanding of all call center functions, SPC procedures and requirements as outlined in the OCC Call Center Manual
- Ensure all catalogue orders are completed in a prompt and efficient manner
- Responsible for the accurate tracking and recording of all drop-off sheets for OCC participating groups
- Investigates donor complaints and provides appropriate solutions in accordance with SPC and OCC policy
- Completes outbound calls to donors as required for special projects
- Performs the timely and accurate data entry of donations, material requests, orders and other donor inquiries
**Qualifications**:
- Qualified applicants should be committed to Christian values and precepts and be in agreement with the Samaritan’s Purse Statement of Faith
- Passionate about the work of Samaritan’s Purse and Operation Christmas Child
- Outstanding customer service skills and experience
- Pleasant and professional phone manner
- Proficiency with MS Office and excellent keyboarding skills
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient
- Ability to multi-task and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, and also as part of a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
