Business Development Center Representative
Job Summary
An experienced Business Development Center Representative has worked in a call center and is able to execute a plan collecting and updating customer data, generating opportunity leads, and be a positive point of contact to dealership customers. Professionalism, empathy and communication is extremely important as it contributes to a healthy long term relationship with our customers and team-building with all dealership departments.
Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Duties
· Organizes customer database in Dealer Socket: merging duplicate files, updating CASTL Compliance, updating contact information, updating vehicle information etc.
· Work with Dealer Direct (GM CRM database)
· Generate opportunity lists
· Makes outbound prospecting calls
· Let customer know about potential upgrade opportunity
· Determine if vehicle needs are still being met
· Determine if customer is happy with current auto
· Be a sincere point of contact and update notes and future contact dates in dealer socket (CRM system)
Required Experience and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
· Automotive experience preferred
· Dealer socket CRM experience helpful
Supplemental pay types:
