Calgary, Canada CLS Landscape Supply Full time

**CLS Landscape is looking to grow our team with a great team of Call Center Representatives. Job duties will include**:

- **Customer Service**: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

**ACCOUNTABILITY AND PERFORMANCE**:

- **Call Handling**: Maintain a high level of efficiency by meeting minimum call volume and response times set by the management.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction and achieve a target customer satisfaction score.
- **Accuracy**: Ensure that customer information and records are accurate and up to date.
- **KPIs**: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter customer data, feedback, and call details into the company’s CRM system.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Promote and upsell company products and services when appropriate, meeting sales goals and performance targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure customer issues are resolved or to update customers on progress.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to company scripts, procedures, and call center policies to maintain high-quality standards in all communications.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and contribute to team goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
