Administrative Coordinator - Value, Access & Policy

**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide administrative support to Value Access and Policy team and the Patient Services Team.
- Manage calendars, book travel/internal staff meetings, assist with correspondence, format documents/ presentations and schedule meetings with internal and external team members.
- Department lead for tracking of functional and brand budgets, invoices, accruals, reconciliation with finance and Anaplan quarterly forecasting.
- Process accounting requests such as cheque requests, create POs and new vendor set up.
- Execute tasks with an understanding of company compliance standards and policies to assist with the review of sponsorship and funding requests from field staff.
- Manage communication and distribution of product monograph changes to key payer customers. SharePoint document retention, and product monograph tracker management.
- Work with external agencies to coordinate meetings for various project plans e.g. functional plans, agency pitches.

**What we expect of you**
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 2+ years admin support experience
- Computer skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Teams.
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Thorough and accurate attention to detail in day-to-day activities
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of senior executive admin support experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to work independently with only general guidance.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization and externally.
- Experience with software such as Anaplan Connect or similar software, SAP, SharePoint and Tableau
