To ensure success as an administrative coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and be skilled at various office tasks.

**Responsibilities;**

As an administrative coordinator, you must have outstanding administrative and organizational skills.

Here are a few fundamental administrative coordinator responsibilities:

- Assist senior-level officers and other staff members as required.
- Evaluating, hiring, and supervising staff members in the company.
- Develop, check, and deliver required reports to different company departments.
- Greet visitors and help them reach the respective departments.
- Schedule calls and organize meetings for every department of the company.

**Requirements;**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or Assistant
- Fantastic time management skills.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (other productivity tools are a plus)
- Ability to prioritise a high workload.
- Solid track record of managing communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $26.24-$33.67 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
