**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for executives and staff members.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinate event planning for company functions and meetings.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks.
- Assist with budgeting processes to ensure financial accountability.
- Implement human resources practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and training & development programs.
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and order processing.
- Occasional customer assistance in our showroom.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is essential.
- Familiarity with construction office management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing employee performance is highly valued.
- Proficiency in schedule management, event planning, vendor relations, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processes is required. Join our team as an Office Manager where you can make a significant impact on our operational success while fostering a positive work environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
