Ancora Waterfront Dining & Patio Ambleside is looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead their Team along side the General Manager. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service, many years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager position and a deep knowledge of wine and cocktails.

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter; someone who will look at the business as if it’s their own and will proactively contribute on all levels. They will feel confident in all areas of the restaurant and overseeing the floor to ensure the restaurant maximizes each guest experience from beginning to end.

They will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should have the ability to follow corporate office financial procedures, including but not restricted to; handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions.

Lastly, Manager is responsible for hiring, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Cost Accounting, Developing Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy, Decision Making, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Quality Focus
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an upscale restaurant management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest of service standards
- Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails with minimum WSET 2 or equivalent
- Proven ability to grow business, increase sales and drive traffic and improve guest experience at the same time
