Anh and Chi, the vibrant award-winning establishment renowned for its authentic Vietnamese cuisine and engaging dining experiences, is excited to announce the opening of our new cocktail bar. Located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, our new venture aims to elevate the cocktail scene with a world class cocktail program, premium spirits, and a sophisticated atmosphere. We strive to bring people together in a refined setting to enjoy top-tier cocktails, alongside our celebrated dishes.

We are seeking a full-time **Restaurant Manager **to join our expanding team. If you are a dynamic leader and an exceptional coach we would like to hear from you Reporting to the General Manager, they will ensure the day-to-day success of the restaurant.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Thorough knowledge and experience with food and beverage inventory, preparation and service.
- Leading operations during hours of service.
- HR/hiring needs; training, operations, coaching and performance reviews of all employees.
- Assist in leading monthly team meetings on updated procedures, policies, and upcoming events.
- Overseeing our reservation system, as well as forecasting events.
- Overseeing and implementing cleaning and sanitation protocols, as well as daily maintenance of space, decor, and equipment.
- Creating positive and long lasting relationships with team, guests and other colleagues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Personal alignment with Anh and Chi's vision, values and team culture
- 2 plus years as a Manager in the restaurant industry.
- 5 plus years of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry.
- WSET Level 2 or greater considered an asset,
- Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
- A positive and energetic attitude and someone who is willing to grow within the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and inter-functional team environment.
- High standard of professionalism and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial thinker and spirit - self starter, hard worker, with a systematic approach to things.
- An excellent coach who is disciplined, honest and leads by example.
- Demonstrated experience leading operations and related administrative work that is required in starting up and maintaining a restaurant business
- Open availability including weekends and holidays

WAGE / PAY:

- $25 per hour PLUS cash tips
