Front Desk Administrator/coordinator Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception
- Over the counter sales/ customer service
- Answer telephone inquires
- Relay calls and messages as needed
- Dispatch service calls
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the office
- Administration
- Data-entry
- Conducting scheduled work confirmation calls
- Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Note taking
- Attend regular meetings as required
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the office
- Proactively investigating and resolving client problems and recording nature of inquiry
- Proficient coordinating and reporting skills
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Complete all internal training as assigned
- Read and understand the Safety Process Manual and participate in the program
- Comply with Government regulations
- Refuse to carry out work where you have reason to believe there is imminent danger to yourself or others
- Report hazards in the workplace
- Correct unsafe conditions where possible
- Report injuries, accidents, and incidents
- Make accident prevention suggestions
- To set a good example
**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- OKOTOKS, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
