**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff or clients
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication across departments
- Perform clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience in medical or dental offices is highly desirable
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions and client support
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$31.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
