Someone who is a tech wizard - there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved in this role.

Experience with our property management system Opera would be beneficial.
Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience is considered a must.

Someone who thrives on providing fantastic customer service and isn't afraid to resolve a complaint here or there
Someone who enjoys training, mentoring and motivating the Front Desk employees.
Providing support to the Front Desk by assisting with answering phone calls, checking in and out guests, and other typical day to day tasks associated with the Front Desk.
Providing support to the Front Desk Manager on projects or other tasks as they arise.

Of course, there's a plethora of other job duties and items and the typical day-to-day operations which you'll be responsible for, but those are pretty hard to sum up in a job ad.

If you thrive on multitasking, have an “I got this” attitude, are willing to go above + beyond, and fastidiousness could be your middle name, you just might be the glass slipper that's a perfect fit for this Cinderella (yes, we just made that comparison in a job ad. We like to have fun around here when we can)
