Based out of Kingston, Nova Scotia, Parsons Investments has been providing quality retail, industrial, commercial, and residential space since 1962 to tenants ranging from international corporations to mom-and-pop shops. We pride ourselves on treating all our tenants with the same level of professional service and care.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data/receipt entry, account reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Adobe suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Sage 300 experience an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
