**Product Development Manager - Cybersecurity**

**Offices located downtown Montreal (McGill metro station) | Group insurance available from day 1 | Competitive salary and quarterly paid bonus**

Reporting to Itergy’s CEO, the Product Development Manager is at the very center of Cybersecurity product driven development around our Active Directory core competencies. Working with internal sales, marketing, IT teams and customers, you will be a strong advocate in developing and bringing to market new Cybersecurity products and related services for clients to mitigate ransomware attack risks. As champion of product alignment and in delivering solutions with high customer benefits, you will gather and synthesize insights internally with team members and externally with existing and potential clients, to inform product decisions thus driving development initiatives to help achieve our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advocate for the customer and colleague experience and be the consummate product champion and owner, ensuring organizational alignment against objectives;
- Strong project management skills to lead the strategy and value proposition development, associated roadmaps, and annual business plans, including ensuring tactical execution across the customer journey;
- Lead harmonization of products and product innovation to ensure alignment with customer needs - experiences, features, benefits, and new capabilities;
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop strategies and tactics that influence profitability, sales, and portfolio performance;
- Develop a framework to measure and report on product performance, capturing relevant and actionable insight;
- Ensure alignment to performance metrics;
- Ongoing management of all aspects of the product portfolio including sales, share analysis, research, portfolio metrics reporting, pricing management, competitive positioning reviews and creating action plans to enhance the product performance;
- Create a systematic framework to capture competitive intelligence (rate monitoring, product benchmarking, etc.);
- Lead the development of business casing and product initiative / campaign kickoffs.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in a related field;
- Demonstrated experience with business case development, product pricing, new product design, and planning;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups successfully, even under challenging conditions;
- Creative, strategic thinker who challenges the status quo.
- A highly effective communicator with well-developed presentation skills.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills.
