**Office Administrator - Morden Branch**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to join our team. Your duties will include:
- Guide customers through their purchase process in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- General Administrative Duties including accounts receivable maintenance and following up with contractor and retail customer accounts
- Cashier duties including merchandise sales, returns, exchanges or refunds
- Daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits
- Assists in hiring and orientation of new staff
- Submitting employee payroll and creation of work schedules.
- Show a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Communicates with coworkers and customers by phone and in person in a friendly and timely manner
- Have great organizational & time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced retail team environment is essential
- Ability to work in the office, and on the retail floor when required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including the Health and Safety program
- Available to work various shifts including Saturdays.
