We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The successful applicant will have a strong desire to succeed in a performance driven culture, where innovation, teamwork, a positive attitude, and operational excellence are valued.

Skill Sets and Requirements:

- Charismatic and outgoing personality with ability to connect with people
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and anticipate needs while working independently
- Team-oriented, adaptable, flexible, dependable with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with freight/logistics an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset, but not required
