Job Title: Office Administrator

Reports To: General Manager

Job Overview:We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our purchasing, sales and production teams. This role involves a mix of administrative, data entry, and coordination work. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, tracking details, and keeping information accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Support purchasing, sales and production staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Communicate with plant floor employees, supervisors, and management to relay updates or gather information.
  • Assist with data entry, documentation, and record-keeping relating to production, sales, inventory, and orders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for compliance and traceability.
  • Prepare basic reports or spreadsheets for management.
  • Perform other general office duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.

· Previous experience in administrative, office, or data entry role is an asset.

· Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage but not required.
