We are looking for a full-time Internal Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in our **Guelph **office.

**Role**:
In this role, you will be a **cultural ambassador** for RWDI, helping to develop our internal communications channels, while building new campaigns to take our culture and employee engagement to the next level. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will manage the development and delivery of internal communication content across multiple platforms.

**The pr**imary responsibilities of the **Internal Marketing Communications Specialist are **to**:

- Participate in the development of the internal communication strategy, ensuring the organization’s strategy, business initiatives, mission, vision, values, and people news are communicated in a regular, effective, and engaging way.
- Create and deliver communications and key messages that ensure global staff are informed, engaged, included in, and excited about the organization’s work.
- Create and manage engaging content for the internal communications channels and evaluate the efficiency of the channels.
- Identify and curate storytelling opportunities with leaders and teams across the organization to advance a better understanding of each team’s work, achievements, and their contribution to the RWDI brand and culture.
- ** Bachelor’s degree** **in a relevant field (**Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing**). An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- ** 5+ years** of** **related experience.
- Proven experience in creating and executing effective internal communication strategies.
- An understanding of and proficiency in the use of online communication tools, content planning, and digital communication techniques.
- A passion for storytelling with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to work both independently and across a global team environment.
- A strong sense of accountability and initiative and demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
