**About the Role**
The Territory Manager role - reporting directly to the Sales Manager - is a multi faceted opportunity. In this role, you are responsible for proudly representing the
Lone Tree Cellars portfolio in the geographic region, connecting with new restaurant and retail partners and increasing the footprint of our brands in the region. In this role, you will
- Manage relationships and service current partners in the region.
- Prospect new accounts and foster relationships with said accounts to help them discover our portfolio. Create, maintain and consult on wine lists for restaurants, hotels, and pubs.
- Ensure the annual sales volume, revenue, and margin contribution of accounts meet planned levels in order to meet and exceed the territory and provincial business plan
- Maintain an appropriate route plan and call pattern for accounts in the territory in order to fully maximize your time.
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with all key decision makers and their partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Trade Marketing, Business
Insights, Human Resources, etc to ensure cooperative and positive business development and growth.
- Complete other special projects as required, including but not limited to trade events, trade shows, consumer tastings, seminars.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- An enthusiastic, energetic individual who loves being part of a winning culture and is unafraid to go out and make things happen.
- You have strong wine product knowledge and understanding of the BC beverage alcohol industry or the desire to learn.
- Post Secondary Education is preferred and experience in outbound Sales is an asset. Any experience managing a territory or a group of accounts will be considered an asset.
- You have strong analytical skills and polished presentation abilities. You are excited to meet new people and forge new connections wherever you go, creating a community around you.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to create and modify PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents as well as effectively utilize web-based tools and resources.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Driver’s License + a personal car required. (Class 5)
- Must be able to lift wine cases weighing up to 40 pounds.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
