Regional Sales Manager – British Columbia (Remote | 50%+ Travel)

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow the Aerial & Lift Inspection Services business across British Columbia. This is a key expansion role. You'll be the first dedicated sales rep for the province, responsible for developing the territory, winning new customers, and becoming the go-to partner for Aerial & Lift Inspections in BC.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → close
  • Build and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
  • Understand customer needs and partner with internal experts to deliver solutions
  • Drive market visibility through site visits, presentations, trade shows, and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure projects exceed expectations
  • Gather market intel on pricing, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Handle customer agreements and proper documentation

What You Bring

  • Proven success in industrial, technical, or inspection-related sales
  • Experience with Testing, Inspection, Compliance, heavy equipment, or rental industries (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and motivated to build a territory from the ground up
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
