RESPONSIBILITIES
**Territory Management Execution Excellence: Support, Educate & Drive Utilization**
- Manage customer needs within a territory through regular check-ins, both on-site and remote, to meet performance indicators and budget.
- Deliver customer care through technical support, troubleshooting, training, and education on diagnostic solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products, identify leads, and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
**Deliver exceptional post-sale customer service through seamless implementation and staff training.**
- Installation and set-up of diagnostic devices, routers, network switch connections, Practice Management Software connectivity and set-up of online platforms.
- Driving the customer on-boarding experience by identifying motivators and providing solutions through pre-onboarding, installation, training and follow up.
- Maintain a high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing, competition, and market trends.
**Manage Territory and Expenses**
- Collaborate with various business units to enhance customer experience and resource utilization.
- Coordinate and manage resources, schedule calls, book travel, and manage the territory budget.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report expenses promptly for financial accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary qualification in biological sciences, business, or veterinary technology.
- Sales experience required.
- Management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in consultative (solution) selling techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of veterinary hospital operations, including laboratory and clinical procedures, practice administration, staff training, and workflow.
- Proficient in interpreting scientific and medical information.
- Strong computer and technical skills.

Base Pay Range: $67,000 - $78,000

RESPONSABILITÉS

- Faire de la vente incitative et croisée, identifier des pistes et collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pour améliorer l’expérience client.
**Fournir un service client après-vente exceptionnel grâce à une mise en œuvre fluide et une formation complète du personnel**
- Installation et configuration des dispositifs de diagnostic, des routeurs, des connexions de commutateurs réseau, de la connectivité des logiciels de gestion de cabinet et de la configuration des plateformes en ligne.
- Conduire l’expérience d’intégration et l’orientation des clients en identifiant les motivations et en fournissant des solutions par le biais de la pré-intégration, de l’installation, de la formation et du suivi.
- Maintenir un haut niveau d’expertise avec le portefeuille de produits, services, prix, concurrence et tendances du marché en constante évolution.
**Gestion du territoire et du budget**
- Collaborer avec diverses unités commerciales pour améliorer l’expérience client et l’utilisation des ressources.
- Coordonner et gérer les ressources, planifier les appels, organiser les déplacements et gérer le budget du territoire.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualification postsecondaire en sciences biologiques, en commerce ou en technologie vétérinaire.
- Expérience en vente requise.
- Expérience en gestion préférée.
- Fortes capacités de leadership et de création de relations.
- Excellentes compétences en planification, organisation et communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Compétence dans les techniques de vente consultative (solution selling).
- Compréhension approfondie des opérations des hôpitaux vétérinaires, y compris les procédures de laboratoire et cliniques, l’administration des pratiques, la formation du personnel et le flux de travail.
- Compétent dans l’interprétation des informations scientifiques et médicales.
- Solides compétences informatiques et techniques.
