We are looking for a Territory Manager for the
Greater Vancouver Region
to be responsible for the influence of purchases and decision-making that will ensure maximum sales and a strong business relationship with clients in his/her territory. S/he is responsible for achieving his/her sales goals on existing and new products.

The Territory Manager will manage all general sales policies, build the annual sales and marketing plan, set plan goals for approval, implement this plan according to approved time and budget settings and coordinate with their supervisor the structure of price reductions and promotions. They may coordinate training programs for their direct customers, electronic wholesalers and end users. They will collect information about the competition to communicate to their supervisor.

The person will also develop a time and territory management plan that maximizes face-to-face sales time, implement all communications and marketing support activities, participate in the showrooms and are responsible for optimizing the scope and quality of Leviton's presence in their territory through effective public relations at all levels. Success factors

  • College diploma or a diploma of professional studies in sales
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of the electrical industry and distributors
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment, be able to set priorities and be creative
  • Must be available to travel within his/her territory or province

Gestionnaire de territoire
pour la région du Grand Vancouver, responsable d'influencer les achats et les décisions afin d'assurer des ventes maximales et une solide relation d'affaires avec les clients de son territoire. Il/elle est responsable d'atteindre ses objectifs de ventes pour les produits existants et nouveaux.

Le/la Gestionnaire de territoire gérera toutes les politiques générales de vente, élaborera le plan annuel de ventes et de marketing, fixera les objectifs pour approbation, mettra en œuvre ce plan selon les délais et budgets approuvés et coordonnera avec son superviseur la structure des réductions de prix et des promotions. Il/elle pourra coordonner des programmes de formation pour ses clients directs, les grossistes en matériel électrique et les utilisateurs finaux. Il/elle recueillera des informations sur la concurrence afin de les communiquer à son superviseur.

La personne développera également un plan de gestion du temps et du territoire qui maximise le temps de vente en personne, mettra en œuvre toutes les activités de communication et de soutien marketing, participera aux salles d'exposition et sera responsable d'optimiser la portée et la qualité de la présence de Leviton dans son territoire grâce à des relations publiques efficaces à tous les niveaux.

Facteurs de succès

  • Diplôme collégial ou diplôme d'études professionnelles en vente

  • Bon jugement, capacité à établir des priorités et créativité
