**General**
The Lobby Restaurant and Lounge is located at the Pier Hotel at the Pier (North Vancouver) just steps away from Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus Terminal in North Vancouver Historic Shipyard.
**Specific Duties and/or Job Responsibilities**
- Creates an exciting atmosphere in our establishment to encourage repeat business
- Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performances of the department
- Monitors the performance of the restaurant and the quality against the competition
- Possesses a keen eye for efficient, fast and caring service
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results
- Sets goals and expectations for restaurant team, using performance review process and holds staff accountable for successful performance
- Handle liquor inventory and ordering
- Other duties as assigned
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a Hotel/Restaurant or related profession
- Must have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- Extensive knowledge of bar operation, wines and spirits
- Familiar with Micros POS computer terminals and Microsoft Office
- Possesses a FoodSafe and Serving it Right Certificate
- Full vaccinated is required
