Tutto Restaurant & Bar is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Located in the historic district of Yaletown, embracing tradition and modernity, combined into remarkable Italian dishes using only the finest ingredients. Paying homage to each of Italy’s provinces, we offer an extensive wine selection with an array of palette indulging varietals from around the world.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for training and guiding our staff through proper fine dining techniques and etiquette, as well as assisting in the daily operation of the restaurant. The restaurant manager is responsible for overseeing service and ensures that our guests are left with a quality dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest of service standards
- A positive and energetic attitude on the floor, with a demonstrated ability to work with a team and under direction up
- A driven and progressive work ethic.
- WSET 3 or equivalent ISG certification, or demonstrated experience with wine and spirits a plus.
- Proven ability to grow business, increase sales, act as a team player, drive traffic, and improve guest experience at the same time.
- strong knowledge of liquor and food service laws.
- experience working with Micros a plus.
- able to work days/nights and weekends

Salary and Tips
Full-time
