Administrative Assistant/scheduler

We are a residential glass service company. Shower enclosures, glass railings and custom mirrors account for a large portion of our daily business. We are a quality-based company.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Administrative assistant/Scheduler** to join our team. This role is key in ensuring our installation projects run smoothly from start to finish.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of job stages, truck schedules, and project details.
- Communicate ETAs to customers and installation crews.
- Handle incoming calls, including rescheduling requests and confirmations.
- Contact customers prior to installation to confirm appointments.
- Occasionally assist with moving glass and hardware in the warehouse (light to moderate lifting required).
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software or ERP systems is an asset).
- Physically able to lift and move glass and hardware as needed.
