Working as a team, some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner. Avoid emotional behavior.
- Scheduling appointments according to therapists’ and clients’ needs
- Confirming appointments
- Answering incoming calls and checking the voice message
- Making sure clients complete the intake form before their initial appointments
- Creating invoices and collecting payment.
- Making sure the billing report in Jane system accurate (daily)
- Making sure the cash and book keeping accurate (daily)
- Checking the payment from insurance companies
- Help keep laundry moving as needed
- Maintain the main entrance, waiting area and front desk clean and neat
- Maintain the supplement in the washroom (toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap)
- Use a computer to schedule meetings and appointments, enter data, and generate reports.
- Handle administrative details such as ordering supplies and filing.
- Order office supplies.
- Take notes at meetings.
- Organize files and maintain databases.
- Performing other duties as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
