**Position Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and organized Late Afternoon/Evening Receptionist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and ensuring a smooth front desk operation. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
- Handle phone calls and inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless client experiences
- Perform administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer software and scheduling systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for health and wellness is a plus

**Schedule**:

- Part-time position, 3:00-8:00pm Monday - Friday and sat.12-5pm
- full time 9:30 am-3:00pm

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
