**Key Responsibilities**
- Supports business, corporate and property marketing leaders by providing patron, marketing and player development reporting and analysis. Collects, analyzes, and interprets sufficient, competent, relevant, and useful data to provide a sound basis for strategic business decisions.
- Assists the corporate marketing team to develop and execute new marketing projects to achieve the company?s objectives regarding revenue, profitability, market share, and customer base.
- Examines marketing promotions and programs to identify opportunities to improve ROI, customer engagement and retention.
- Analyzes customers behavior and recommends changes to marketing offers, promotions and programs in collaboration with the marketing team
- Oversees timely production of promotions proformas and post analytics.
- Regularly synthesizes large amounts of data into actionable recommendations and presentations for management.
- Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data sets
- Drives innovative approaches to marketing analysis and data-driven decision making
**What You Bring**
- Three or more years of analytical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Undergraduate degree in either Statistics, Business Analysis, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills required, including (but not exclusive to) statistical analytics, marketing studies, forecasting techniques, optimization analytics, financial modeling, and operation reviews.
- Proven track record of producing data-driven insights to support marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with large datasets, both structured and unstructured data
- Working knowledge of SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Working knowledge of business intelligence software (IBM Cognos BI is preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and lookups
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to learn with a superior capacity of understanding new concepts and mastering new skills quickly
- Understanding of casino and/or hospitality environments is an asset
