Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques - Create visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies for optimization - Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders - Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of reports Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics - Proven experience in data analysis or related roles - Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis tasks - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills: - Experience with server-based analytics platforms - Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or machine learning - Proficiency in Excel functions including VBA macros Join our team of talented professionals and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process.
