We are currently seeking a **Healthcare Business Analyst **to join our team **Remote** in **Canada.**

**Overview**:
Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience across multiple disciplines within the healthcare sector. The Analyst will work within a high performing team to provide general business analysis (technical and functional) services to our healthcare client. The Analyst will perform technical and functional requirements analysis, develop requirements, and design documentation and support multiple workflows within the project.
- Document current and proposed business processes using tools such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps.
- Capture overall business requirements and requirements acceptance.
- Documenting baseline information and requirements.
- Developing and defining project roadmaps.
- Liaising with managers and stakeholders.
- Driving Salesforce projects forward.
- Analyzing Salesforce implementations.
- Solving issues during testing.
- Responsible for documenting all technical and business requirements and business capabilities.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 10+ years as a Business Analyst on large and complex Healthcare IT projects.
- Extensive experience in gathering and documenting all technical and business requirements and business capabilities.
- Experience with stakeholder management and engagement across cross functional groups, involving preparing, scheduling, and leading workshops, gathering/reviewing requirements, collecting input.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7, APIs is preferred.
- Experience working with the Health Authorities in BC is highly preferred.
