A well established Real Estate firm is looking for a full time time receptionist.

This position will be responsible but not limited to the following:

- Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Ensure reception area, meeting room are clean, tidy and presentable.
- Collecting, sorting and distributing mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Printing, Scanning and uploading documents
- Greet and Welcome realtors and customers and provide assistance when needed.
- Offering administrative support to all realtors

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years receptionist experience.
- Previous real estate firm experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly, concisely and accurately.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office ( MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint )

Hours: 40 hours per week

Administrative Duties:

- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Greeting visitors

Work remotely
- No

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
