We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated front desk receptionist/ administrative assistant to join our team. You will be assisting with our day to day operations. This position will be based in our head office in Vancouver BC.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma in office administration or equivalent experience
- Highly organized, with excellent planning and time management skills
- Reliability, accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast learner, able to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including judgement, tact, integrity and patience
- Excellent spoken and written English, including proofreading skills
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows environments and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

**Requirements**:

- Answer daily phone calls and forward calls in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Manage the booking systems for new bookings, amended bookings, and cancellations
- Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to minutes taking, scanning, copying, faxing, filing and data entry, etc.
- Daily organization and tidiness of reception and other office areas
- Arrange courier service for outgoing and incoming delivery
- Maintain a positive professional attitude and appearance
- Other administrative duties as required
