Receptionist and HR Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and HR Administrative Assistant. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
**Responsibilities**:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
HR Administrative Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.
- Handle basic HR inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Basic understanding of human resources processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HR is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
