Custom Decor Carpet One Ltd. is growing We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant that will also help with our retail sales. The Admin/Sales Support role will be responsible for a large portion of the day to day administrative functions. In addition, the Admin/Sales Support will assist sales staff with retail sales and ongoing clients. The Admin/Sales Support will work closely with various departments to develop long term customers and clients. This role reports directly to the owner.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Sales Support;
- Assist with sales of flooring, floor care, and tile products.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Network regularly, and work effectively, with other store employees.
- Assist with product ordering, purchase order creation, invoicing.
- Various merchandising tasking including pricing, sample changes, display updates.

Administrative;
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean.
- Cost and process accounts payable/ product order invoices.
- Receive order payment by phone and in person.
- Assist accountant with various requests such as collections, invoice requests, payment information.
- Process/report daily cash transactions.
- Other tasks related to day-to-day business operation.
