Administrative/accounting Assistant

**Responsibilities: (including but not limited to the following)**
- General office duties
- Answering phones & directing calls
- Answering customer/vendor inquiries
- Provide support to the Accounting Department (Payroll, A/P & A/R)
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent internal/external customer service skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
- Experience in transportation or similar trades an asset
- Reliable transportation is required
