We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills for our new Skills Quest 4 Success Program. SQ4S is an asynchronous gamified training program designed to offer a unique online experience for persons with disabilities. The program will improve foundational and transferable skills and better prepare participants to meet on-the-job demands and enter or re-enter the labour force.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to the Program Manager and program participants. The Administrative Assistant handles a wide range of administrative support-related tasks to support the Program Manager, helping to ensure the smooth functioning of the SQ4S office. Tasks include, but are not limited to arranging meetings, preparing reports and presentations, proofreading documents, and responding to general inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the SQ4S team and participants as required.

**Essential Qualifications and Required Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in business, office administration, and/or an equivalent combination of on-the-job training and experience
- 2+ years experience providing administrative support
- Experience working with people with diverse abilities and understanding their needs/gaps in a work environment
- Experience working online in a virtual setting using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and respect for confidentiality
- A COVID-19 vaccine passport
