Kinesis Medical Centre is a rapidly growing specialty medical centre in Calgary. The medical team consists of 16 Physiatrists working out of a 15,000 sq ft facility with 23 exam rooms. Our core purpose is to restore function and quality of life in patients with musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve disorders.

As Kinesis Medical Centre continues to expand, we seek _**experienced**_ medical professionals with a background in MSK or the Specialist field _outside_ of family practice and walk-in medicine.

Under the manager's supervision, the MOA serves patients by being their first and last point of contact with Kinesis Medical Centre, both on the telephone and in person. The MOA is responsible for conducting themselves professionally and friendly, always promptly supporting our physicians, patients, and other team members. The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following and will vary based on the clinic's needs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Customer service
- **HIGH** Level of attention to detail
- Assisting patients attending the clinic and checking in /out
- Ability to Multitask
- **HIGH **level of organization and communication skills
- Scheduling of appointments
- Handling **HIGH** telephone volumes
- Stocking and cleaning
- Faxing and scanning
- Maintaining **HIA, PIPA, FOIP & OIPC privacy mandates**
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Following intricate steps and maintaining CPSA Incoming referral mandates
- Maintain clinic cleanliness

**What you will bring**:

- Medical Office Administration education or equivalent work-related experience, with a minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
- Previous specialty medical office experience required
- Must understand HIA & Confidentiality
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Collaborate as an active participant with others in assisting with the delivery of care to patients
- Previous experience working with **“Accuro” EMR**
- Able to work in a team environment or independently

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
