We’re looking for a **Booking Team Lead (Medical Office Assistant)** to take a key role within our administrative leadership group. This person will guide the booking department and ensure the administrative systems that support our clinicians run smoothly. If you enjoy creating structure, leading a team, and ensuring patients have a seamless experience from their first call to their final visit, this could be the perfect fit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and mentor booking and administrative staff to maintain clinic standards and deliver outstanding patient care.
- Oversee appointment schedules to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and appropriate use of clinical resources.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure all required documentation and consents are in place.
- Maintain patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support clinic operations by helping streamline processes and solve day-to-day administrative challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical and management teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.

- Proven experience leading or supporting a team in a medical or administrative setting.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate or diploma in Medical Office Assistant studies (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare or clinical office preferred.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a definite asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other clinic management software.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
