**JOB DESCRIPTION**: MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT /RECEPTIONIST

**POSITION: PART-TIME**

**DATE AVAILABLE**: NEGOTIABLE

**HOURS**: 09.00am - 3.00pm (MON - THUR)

**AIIM CENTRE** is an Allergy, Immunology & Internal Medicine Clinic. We have amazing working hours, friendly staffs and Family oriented environment..

We are a busy, private clinic, we are looking for Pleasant, Courteous, Respectful, experienced, dedicated, hardworking and professional demeanor MOA who is for the long haul, who can work as team and most importantly enthusiastic and upbeat.

**Your Mark**:

- Check in patients, verifying correct patients Demographics and health card number.
- Inherent ability to multi-task and prioritize clinic work demands
- Answering multi phone lines, re-directing and manage patient questions and concerns
- Extremely detail-oriented, preparing charts for patient’s appointment.
- Booking appointments, making reminder calls for their upcoming appointments, and providing appropriate instructions.
- Managing incoming and outgoing fax and documents
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and other administrative duties assigned
- Working and communicating closely with other team members and performing duties as requested by management team.
- Collecting and Process patient’s 3rd party payment, for Skin Testing.
- Sorting, Scanning and Linking documents

**Your Skills**:

- Ability to Multitask, work independently, computer skills, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethics, self-motivated and attention to details
- Approachable, Friendly, Polite, Respectful and Solution Oriented
- Good understanding of clinic policy and be able to explain it to the patient in a polite and respectful manner.
- Taking Initiative in learning, Maintain electronic medical records.
- Able to handle busy multi phone lines
- Experience with EMR, **Med-Access a MUST**:

- Previous Medical Clinic / Office experience preferred (**at least one year)**:

- Committed to delivering an excellent patient experience
- Willing to learn new tasks
- Reporting to Manager

**Salary**:
