**Summary**
The Operations Support Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Operations, will be responsible for supporting the Operations team and the day to day activities in operations including Production Planning, Purchasing, BOM Creations, Inventory Control and Logistics. The incumbent can also make recommendations to the team on best practices and process improvements. The Operations Support Coordinator works closely with the Operations Manager, Operations Specialist and the Plant Manager, providing support as required.

**Job Duties**
- Support the day-to-day activities for operations.
- Monitor the daily operations activities.
- Ensure operations' schedules are on track; if not, adjust to ensure all targets are met
- Work alongside the Operations Manager and Plant manager providing any support as required
- Aid in resolving operational issues that arise.
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Analyze operations and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and improve cost-effectiveness
- Be an expert in Dynamics AX
- Any other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a related field preferred
- 2 or more years of previous experience in operations support
- A thorough knowledge of logistics, Procurement and Planning
- Able to identify key issues and provide resolutions
- Able to creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles
- A clear and solid understanding of operations and operational issues faced by the organization
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
**Job Posting - Operations Support Coordinator**
Spieth America requires an Operations Specialist who, under the direction of Director of Operations will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the day to day activities for operations. The incumbent will monitor inventory and ensure the required inventory is available. The Operations Specialist will work closely with the Director of Operations and the Plant manager, providing support as required.
