**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping labels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper packaging and labeling of products
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and track shipments
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for outgoing orders, shipping and packing materials
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
- Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and weights of shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
- Product prep including building gift sets and assembling packaging.
- Receive large shipments from manufacturer

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role strongly preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce/shipping courier platforms and processes
- Knowledge of warehouse e-commerce operations and procedures
- **Regularly required to stoop, kneel, **_**bend**_**, crouch and **_**lift**_ **up to 50 pounds.**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipping documents
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and weights of shipments

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
