Green Haven Shelter for Women works collaboratively with community partners to strengthen services to ensure that the women and children we service who are facing Intimate Partner Violence have access to support and shelter when they need it most. Bright, colourful, energetic and exciting, Orillia is a place to shine, a place to escape to - not from. **Crisis Support Manager Job Posting**: **ROLE OVERVIEW** Reporting to the Executive Director, the **Crisis Support Manager** will lead, manage, coordinate and supervise frontline programs and services through a team of Child and Youth and Crisis Support Workers. The role ensures appropriate, high quality and timely responses are being delivered to individuals accessing the services at GHSW. Services are provided to residential (on-site) and non-residential clients. The Crisis Support Manager will provide leadership across the agency’s program and services portfolio. *** The role of the **Crisis Support Manager** encompasses the following: **Operations Management**: Provide support and back-up for services that include shelter, wrap-around supports and system navigation. Provide on-call supervision on a rotation basis to respond to urgent events/staff 24/7. Develop, maintain, and oversee outcome tracking measurements across all programs. Model a commitment to continuous improvement, addressing problem areas when and as required. In collaboration with the Operations Coordinator, ensure facilities are maintained in keeping with preventative maintenance programs; security system and emergencies procedures are up to date, and that staff are appropriately trained on these systems and procedures.
